Strong window & door product knowledge & order processing experience and looking for a new opportunity?

MacGregor Recruitment have an opportunity for an experienced Branch Estimator / Processor to join an established and successful trade Branch that supplies a wide range of windows, doors & building plastics based near Deeside.

The role:

• Joining a trade branch team you will help ensure that the trade customers receive an excellent service
• Responding to window & door enquiries you will check the details and specificatons, recommend products and prepare accurate quotations
• You will also support the branch operations by building great customer relationships, follow up on quotes provided, and process orders and payments
• Support the team with goods in / out and updating customers

Skills & Experience:

• Experience of processing Pvcu and aluminium window & door quotes
• Experience of using business micros / window designer or similar processing systems is highly advantageous
• Good customer service, communication and rapport building skills
• Proactive and detailed in approach, with good team working skills

The Package:

• Salary circa £35k DOE
• 5 weeks holiday plus statutory (33 days in total)
• Hours are 07.30-16.30 Monday to Thursday, 07.30-15.30 Fridays
