BJ Waller warehouse relocates to Window Ware

BJ Waller, specialist distributor of timber window and door hardware for the UK joinery sector, has announced its warehouse operation has relocated into a modern streamlined distribution depot which it now shares with Window Ware.

The relocation forms part of BJ Waller’s continued investment in service capability, designed to strengthen despatch speed, picking accuracy and fulfilment consistency for joinery manufacturers across the UK.
Customers are already said to be benefiting from access to advanced distribution systems and improved operational infrastructure, supporting BJ Waller’s long-term commitment to consistent and reliable service performance.
BJ Waller has supplied the UK joinery sector for over 40 years, supporting timber window and door manufacturers and specialist joiners with ironmongery and trusted technical guidance. The relocation represents the next stage in strengthening the foundations behind the BJ Waller service proposition.
Luke Piper, Business Development Director at BJ Waller, commented: “This move is about giving our customers an even stronger fulfilment platform. It will improve despatch capability and strengthen operational consistency, while allowing the BJ Waller team to remain focused on what we do best – supporting joinery manufacturers with practical technical guidance and the right hardware solutions for their business.”
Sam Nuckey, Managing Director at Window Ware & BJ Waller, added: “BJ Waller is a long-established and respected name in the timber joinery sector. By bringing the BJ Waller warehouse operation into the Window Ware distribution depot, we can provide access to proven systems and processes designed for speed, accuracy and scalability.
“It’s a significant step forward in strengthening fulfilment capability, while keeping BJ Waller’s dedicated team and customer relationships at the heart of the business.”
BJ Waller has confirmed that customers will continue to deal with the same expert team throughout the transition, ensuring continuity of service and technical support. BJ Waller will also remain a distinct brand, focused on the needs of timber window and door manufacturers and the unique realities of joinery production environments.
The business says it will continue to work closely with customers to provide practical technical advice on product selection, helping ensure components are fit for purpose and aligned to project requirements.
