Area Sales Manager
MacGregor Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for an Area Sales Manager to join one of the fastest growing companies in the fenestration sector. Our client is a leading manufacturer & supplier of composite doors with a fantastic reputation for high quality products and an unrivalled service.
Primarily covering the Midlands, South Yorkshire and wider northern region the role is to grow and develop existing customer relationships, generate new business through new customer acquisition and achieve new business targets. The building of long term trusting relationships with trade counter / showroom customers and installers is key to succcess.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience of successfully selling into distributors within the window & door market is essential
- Specific experience of operating within the composite door is highly advantageous
- Develop strong relationships with showroom owners, installers and trade partners
- The successful candidate will have excellent relationship building, communication & negotiation skills – adept at selling the product benefits and value added selling
- Strong customer service skills, self motivation and a target driven approach
- Valid driving licence and comfortable with regular travel across the region
Package
- Basic salary in the region of £45k DOE
- Excellent uncapped commission structure that will give you a high OTE potential – you will receive commission for 3 years on new customer accounts opened
