MacGregor Recruitment have a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Order Processor to join a manufacturer and supplier of pvcu and aluminium windows and doors to trade based in the Mansfield-Alfreton area.

Sales Order Processor role: 

• Part of the customer care team you will ensure that the customers quotations and orders are processed accurately and within a 24 hour turnaround period
• Responding to enquiries, providing product information and generating window and door quotations using a Window Designer system
• Querying and checking specifications and details as required
• Process orders for goods to be manufactured
• Liaise with internal teams and suppliers as required and updating the customer, providing a high quality customer experience!

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience of order processing windows and/or doors using a window designer or business micros system (or similar) is essential
• A methodical approach, high accuracy and excellent attention to detail skills in order to minimise any errors
• A great team player with a positive approach and great people and communication skills

Salary: 

• Salary band is £30-35k depending on skills & experience
