A team from REHAU completed the Tough Mudder Manchester

On 10 October, a team dubbed ‘Cathy’s Heroes’, made up of of REHAU colleagues, family and friends took on, and completed the challenge of Tough Mudder Manchester challenge.

The team took part in support of colleague Cathy Pike, who is battling cancer with great courage.

Cathy had nominated two charities, who have been supporting her, as the recipients of the funds raised. They were: Maggie’s and The Christie Charity.

On the day, the team had to go through 22 obstacles, including climbing, wading through muddy water and electric shocks.

But despite this and the wet, windy and cold conditions, the team completed the challenge, and have raised over £10,000 for the two charities.

In a social media post, REHAU said: “We couldn’t be more proud of them!”

A big well done to all!
