Area Sales Manager 

• Heathrow / West London area
• £45-50k + bonus scheme + car
• Trade sales experience of windows, doors or building plastics

 

MacGregor Recruitment have a great opportunity for an Area Sales Manager to join an established supplier of windows, doors and building plastics to trade with a growing network of branches.  This is a field sales role developing relationships and new business sales for the trade branches within the West London area.

 

Area Sales Manager role:

• A field based sales role you will be responsible for delivering sales activities in order to grow the customer base and sales for the trade branches across the West Drayton / Hounslow area
• Effective account management and relationship management of key customers – resolving any issues and identifying opportunities to develop additional sales
• Identifying suitable potential customers, building relationships, negotiating and onboarding new accounts
• Producing quotes, updating the CRM systems and reporting activities and results

 

Skills & Experience:

• Previous field sales success within the window, door or building plastics sector is essential
• Our client is looking for a dynamic self starter individual who enjoys sales and meeting and beating targets – someone who gets a buzz out of opening new customer accounts and seeing the branches grow
• Excellent people, communication & rapport building skills
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills – able to identify and develop sales opportunities
• Detailed and organised in approach, able to work on own initiative
• Valid UK driving licence and happy to travel across the region

 

Package:

• Basic salary anticipated as £45-50k DOE + car + bonus scheme
• 32 days annual leave, inclusive of statutory, increasing to 33 days with 2 years service
