Yale announced as Women in Fenestration Network Sponsor

Yale DWS has been announced as a Corporate Sponsor of the Women in Fenestration Network (WFN), which is said to underline the brand’s ongoing commitment to supporting a more inclusive, diverse, and progressive fenestration industry.
With the fenestration industry continuing to evolve, creating greater opportunities for women from diverse backgrounds and experiences, Yale is proud to support initiatives that help drive this positive change and encourage wider participation across the sector.
Created to connect, support, and inspire women across all roles within fenestration and glazing, the Women in Fenestration Network is already gaining strong backing from across the industry.
It is doing this by providing opportunities for networking, mentorship, professional development, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration.
Gemma Diratzonian, Head of Brand and Fenestration Lead at Yale DWS, commented: “We’re thrilled to be a corporate sponsor of the Women in Fenestration Network.
“Creating an inclusive and diverse workforce is vital to building a fairer society, but it also brings fresh perspectives, drives innovation, and helps businesses better understand and respond to changing market needs, meaning everybody benefits.
“Following the launch of the Women in Fenestration Network event, it was immediately clear that this was a powerful and much-needed initiative for our industry.
“The passion, engagement and sense of community it created reinforced why it is something we felt strongly about supporting. We’re proud to play our part in helping the network continue to grow and inspire positive change across the fenestration sector.”
Sarah Ball, Founder of the Women in Fenestration Network, added: “Encouraging more women into the industry and supporting career progression is essential to securing the future of the sector, developing the next generation of talent that will help ensure continued innovation, growth, and long-term success.
“Having Yale DWS on board only strengthens this.”
